I’m Sabrina Sibbald, a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) and Psychotherapist.
At Yellow Leaf Therapy, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity. I offer mindfulness-based, trauma-informed therapy that supports you in embracing all parts of who you are, making space for what truly matters to you. I believe that when you can step back from the flood of thoughts and emotions, you find more room to connect with yourself and the people you care about—and to move toward a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.
I believe, and have experienced firsthand, that therapy can help you feel more connected to yourself and others.
Life’s stressors—anxiety, difficult emotions, or constant overthinking—can take over, leaving us feeling out of touch with who we are and what we want.
